We are excited to share some before and after photos from a project we recently completed. We performed an extensive renovation that has significantly transformed the property. Our team prepped and painted all exterior doors, handrails, and twin T concrete ends, while also tuck-pointing and painting the brickwork. We also installed and stained a custom cedar facade into the existing handrails to enhance the aesthetic appeal.

In addition to the cosmetic updates, we completed several structural and functional improvements. This included demoing and removing a damaged CMU wall and installing new windows, locks, and door hardware throughout the property. To improve safety and visibility, we installed new timed property lighting along with decorative lighting above each unit. Finally, we addressed the landscaping by trimming existing trees and removing three large, problematic trees.
